After finally capturing 'Splosion Man, Big Science had a party to celebrate. However, one scientist accidently causes a creature to be created. This is Ms. 'Splosion Man.

Ms. 'Splosion Man looks similar to 'Splosion Man, except the she is pink in color, has larger eye lashes and she has a yellow bow on her head. The game was released on Xbox Live Marketplace on the 13th of July 2011.

Throughout the game, Ms. Splosion Man will say quotes from movies and music, such as "Hollaback Girl" from Gwen Stefani, and others. She will also do the macarena dance if idle for long enough. It should also be noted that she also jumps and waves her arms if she's not moving. This is a possible reference to Super Meat Boy, in which the character "Bandage Girl" will stand and wave her arms to Meat Boy to show that she's trying to get meat boy's attention to save her.
